Mates in Mind are delighted to announce that after winning the B&CE Mowlem award in 2018, using the funding we have received from the award we have developed an initiative aimed at improving apprentices' mental health.
To support this initiative, Mates in Mind have launched an Apprentices' mental health survey. The survey aims to gather information about apprentices' awareness and understanding of mental health as well as their confidence in knowing where to seek support themselves, and how to manage a conversation with a co-worker.
If you are an apprentice in the UK, you can take the survey now, it takes less than 10 minutes and is completely anonymous.
Mates in Mind are aiming to receive as many responses as possible to support our research so we appreciate all participants. With your help we can build the evidence base we need to develop a mental health programme for apprentices in construction, and promote a culture of wellbeing.
