Omagh Half Marathon
As a charity, we massively value your support and we would not be able to do the work that we do without our fundraisers.
All the efforts to fundraise for us, big or small, enables us to work together to break the silence and stigma around mental health and wellbeing and change the behaviours around the topic across industries.
There are many different ways you can fundraiser for us – in the past we have had everything from football tournaments, sky dives to office dress down days and book fairs.
See our fundraiser stories page to hear from the individuals and teams who have been supporting our work to improve the mental health of workforce across the UK.
“I felt really proud to run The London Marathon in my Mates in Mind running vest. I think the work you do is invaluable and is something I feel a real personal connection to. When I started work as a young female site engineer I was very unusual and it made working life tough at times. To fit in I felt I had to behave like the men around me and not show any emotions even when things were difficult. Anything we can do to make the industry more understanding and aware of mental health has got to be a good thing.”
