World Mental Health Day 2019
Thursday 10 October
World Mental Health Day is an annual awareness day, recognised across the globe, which aims to raise awareness of mental health and eliminate the stigma around the topic.
This year, the focus of World Mental Health Day is suicide prevention.
At Mates in Mind, we think World Mental Health Day is an opportunity for individuals and organisations to take action to improve the mental health of their workforces, and through this prevent suicide.
We encourage both organisations and individuals to start the conversation about mental health and take action to develop cultures of prevention.
Take action this World Mental Health Day
